Structure of the Rivers Agency
The Agency is headed by a Chief Executive supported by three functional Directors. The Chief Executive has overall responsibility for achieving the aims, objectives and targets set out in the Corporate and Business Plans with each director having ownership and responsibility for achieving targets within their management control. Together they make up the Agency Management Board (AMB).
The Agency employs some 463 staff spanning Industrial, Administration, Lands & Professional and Technical disciplines.
