Drainage Council Rules and Regulations

In accordance with paragraph 7 of the First Schedule of the Drainage (Northern Ireland) Order 1973 the rules and regulations for the Drainage Council were made by the Council on 23 February 2000, amended on 18 June 2003, and approved by the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.
