Consultation on the Draft Regulations to transpose the EU Floods Directive in Northern Ireland
The EU Floods Directive requires transposition into domestic law by 25 November 2009. The Draft Water Environment (Floods Directive) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009 have been produced in order to implement this Directive. The public consultation period on these Draft Regulations is now active and the relevant consultation documents can be accessed below. Responses are being sought by
